In the Microwave stab it with a fork a bunch of times, and then like 4-5 mins I think. Then add whatever seasonings you like when done.

    For taste....oven
For time constraints Microwave....most have a potato preprogrammed setting Just choose potato and quantity. Works better than strictly high because it cycles the microwaves.

The new microwaves with inverter technology (like the panny's) do a better job these days of not drying out food because it actually varies the power intensity instead of simply cycling the microwaves on and off at 100%..

Why wrap them in foil in the oven? I think they cook just fine directly on the oven rack, and the skin gets nice and crunchy.

Dice them up, boil and drain. Cover w/ a cup of brown sugar, pecans, maschino cherries and juice, 2 sticks of butter, pineapples, raisans, maple syrup and nutmeg.

Oh, don't forget the half bag of mini-marshmallows on top.

    Damn, I'm hungry!
