how long do these usually last? and when ona bulking..is training the same? and what is the caloric and fat and protein a nd carb intake? and same for cutting, is the lifting the same and whats the diet like?
There are no strict "rules" on bulking. It just depends on how much your trying to gain. A general rule of thumb would be to gain or lose around 1 pound per week.
If you gain more than that, it will definitely be all fat And if you lose more than that, you may sacrifice muscle.
