    Cuttin in a month plz help

    hi guys i need help how to cut im 5'8 167lbs 15%bf i want to compete soon and i neet to cut first rigfht now im taking 3500 calories 320g proteins and 40g fat i want to know how many calories i have to take in how much carbs and how much fat i want to lose a pound every week and doin cardio in the mornings 3 days per week tell me if this is good and if it is possible put on some muscle too plz guys help me with this

    It is impossible for us to tell you how many calories you require.

    A good start would be the stickies. Then post a diet and we will help out.

    ok for cuttin i was thinking in taking in 2300 calories 334 grams of protein and 30 grams of fat and 185 grams of carbs is that good but idk how much fat i need do i need and idk how much carbs

    If that is a number that works for you I say it is fine. Your fats are too low IMO.

    What does you diet look like in general?

    How much water are you drinking?

    You do realize you will be coming in at low 150's for a show at your current weight? seems pretty low for someone 5'8"
