    Diets

I am currently working on eating a lot better. On a usual day I dont eat breakfast, im just not hungry, but i do have a glass of water. For lunch it varies everyday, sometimes chicken, other days pasta, Usually with water, milk or a juice. For dinner it also varies but it is mainly meats, and pasta's. Do i need to eat more? After training on mon/wed/fri I have a protein shake before dinner, but then I dont eat much at dinner because I am to full. What do I need to do? I am trying to get big gains, and add bulk, not look toned or anything just get raw muscle in large quantities. thanx

if you want to make serious progress in this sport your going to have to change your eating habbits. nutrition/supplementaion and rest is what it's all about, going to the gym is the easy part.

what are your stats (height, weight and bf%) and what are your short term goals ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
