Sorry to say but you cannot spot reduce. You wil have to decrease your overall bodyfat. post your average daily diet. Maybe we can help with that

Agreed...it's all about diet.

What helped me as well was doing low intensity cardio (50-60% of MHR) for long periods (60 minutes plus) for maximum fat burning ratios. But you can't spot reduce. Those will be a good indicator for yourself of when your bodyfat levels are really coming down, because they will be the last thing to go.

You need to...

-increase your muscle mass through weight training...the more muscle you hold the faster your metabolism will run

-get that diet in order...like was already said, you can't spot reduce, but as you lower overall BF, your love handles will slowly dissappear

-start doing cardio on an empty tummy first thing in the morning

-use thermogenic supplements to aid your endeavor

Abs are not the most improtant thing when trying to get rid off love handles. There is no replacement for some good cardio exercise and a well planned healthy diet.
