Would it be necessary to eat foods that optimize the ability to deal with glucose if a subject recieved results like this for an OGTT:
Fasting 30(mins) 60 90 120
3.8(mmol/L) 7.2 5.6 5.6 5.3
50g worth of glucose consumed.
this was my OGTT, if it's difficult to answer PLEASE don't bother taking the time to think about it, i only have basic knowledge on normal values and simply am interested in knowing if i should begin eating foods that optimize glucose tolerance.

I'd just like to re-affirm if there is no easy answer don't worry.
