60g of protein, yes. But there's also 1500mg of sodium...which is quite a bit.
Looks good, cept for the sodium, 1500mg is around 3.5grams of salt, thats over half of what the recomened daily allowance is, I would think there would prolly be a healthier way of getting 60 grams of protein in.
is this canned chicken?
