Heart failure....What do you mean by this?!?!

Yes a diet with a moderate protein intake/lots of fiber/high in unsaturated fat/low in saturated. This plus regurlar excersise should keep you heart healthy!
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Vitamines, Minerals, and a diet high in antioxidants is what you'll need. Make sure you get extra B vitamines in your supplements. B vitamines are good for energy mainly because they help your body's bloodflow.

Give me some more specifics on your current diet, your actual condition, and then some personal info like age, height, etc, and I'll get a mini-profile typed up.

Alcohol in moderation can be beneficial.

I stop drinking any vitamins supplement and even my maintenance, because it seems that my problem getting worst. But anyway I still have a courage to follow some advices 'cause I realized that this is for my own good. What particular diet that possessed high antioxidants?

But I am also prohibited to eat beans due to my early gout. At my age of 25 I already experienced this kind of illness.
