Between these two for one meal it won't really make that big of a difference. Eat one that you will stick with consistently.
Im working early mornings for a week and I never have enough time to eat eggs before I leave, so I was wondering from a nutrition/bulking point of view which is better
3 egg whites + 2 hole eggs
1 bowl of oats
a piece of fruit
or
protein shake ( one scoop with 8 oz full fat milk)
1 bowl of oats
a piece of fruit?

So in theory I could alternate depending on how much time I have?

Yep, although with a little prep the night before you could have the eggs everyday. I prefer whole foods whenever possible, but you can have the whey if necessary.
Curious...why the full fat milk? Why not get your fats at that meal from a better source...like fish oils or nuts?
