I enjoy teh south beach diet for diabetics. I try to keep my carbs limited ot fruits, exceptionally high fiber breads, wild rice and sweet potatoes with teh skin on.
I enjoy my proteins, especially the jerky when I get hungry, and cheese when i get noshy.
I ahve lost weight at a nice pace since starting on it. But tonight i lsipped up and ate abit too much and after 9 pm. So tomorrow i start again. Not a problem.
I ahve been raeding abotu the proetin bars.. and tehSouthe beach bars tome are great tatsing and actually help.
So my low carb is really a balanced 303030 thing going on.
