    I don't mind cottage cheese one bit, plain or with other foods.
    Mixes great in home made chili..... I also dont think I could choke down natty PB without a scoop of CC.

    Yeah, if you make your chili just a bit spicer than you normally like (chipotle peppers in a can from loblaws in the 'mexican section' do the trick VERY well), and cut it with some CC it has the same effect as sour cream.

    mmmmm I love spicy food, great idea thanx!!!! by the way chipotle peppers in a can, are they jalapeno peppers? i think i've try it before.

    Nope, jalepenos are green, chipotles are reddish brown (native californian, pepper expert ). You can buy jalepenos fresh, I don;t remember ever seeing chipotles fresh.
    Jalepenos are canned with a watery/pickle type base, chipotles are in they own natural kinda goo. The peppers are smoked so the guts get all gooey, but thats the part you want. Super tastey, smokey, spicey.

    I'm a cheese addict. Probably eat 5 lbs. a week.
