Just a quick question i am enduring the first week of the cutting period and want to know if a serving of cherios with a sliced banna is an adequate meal for my breakfast. Thanks

how much protein is in that meal? How much fat? Is the meal balanced?

Does this fit into your calories for the day?

Currently i am cutting and shotting for a daily goal of 1500 calories, i seem to be eatting lots of meal replacement bars for lunch like a snickers marathon enegy bar with 12g of protein and 240 caloris. For dinner i have a bowl of cottage chesse and some sliced pineapple. I will construct a meal plan later in the week, just right now i had some general questions.

You probably should have constructed your meal plan before you started cutting, dont you think?

Read the stickies - they give some good meal plans for men & women

Yeah buddy (not to be mean), this is a horrible plan. But you are doing the right thing by checking the stickies. Best of luck.
