Why don't you tell us a bit about yourself...age & stats, goals, what your activity & diet is like.....but, if you truly want to get healthy, you will have to make changes! No one is going to suggest you eat junk food, except maybe as an very occasional treat....but you do get used to it![]()



Hi real new at this I am a little overweight and very unfit generally because I eat shockingly because of my lifestyle and don't exercise apart from the obvios any ideas on how to change my diet without losing the convenience factor or the least of the junk food evils?
