Water question

I drink about 9-10 glasses of water a day. I weigh 112 and I work out 6 days a week. For a woman is this enough? I have drank a gallon a few times but, I feel like I am water logged! Thanks

Ok... How much you will need is VERY variable!!

It depends on how much you sweat during your workout, whether or not you drink anything else (eg: green tea, coffee, alcohol, soda), what you eat (eg: lots of vegetables and fruits which are high in water), where you live (how hot it is there)... And a million other things!!!

But usually a good minimum to aim for is ~ 3L a day.

I drink water when I'm thirsty, or anticipating thurst.

No science needed.
