    EFA Cal Counting????

I'm never sure when I'm counting up my daily cals how to bring in my EFA (omega 3,6, 9) caps.

I take 3 a day, usually late at night with high protein, low carb meals, each cap consists of:

-400mg organic flaxseed oil (linseed oil)
    -400mg pure fish oil
    -400mg starflower (borage oil)

How many grams of fat and calories does one cap amount too?

I'a really strugging on this one so your help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks.

    What brand are you using?

I would guess 1 gram of fat per cap.
    = 9 cals

Hmm... I would argue that these caps are more than 1000mg (1g = 9 cals)... Why?

    Do the maths...

    - 400mg organic flaxseed oil (linseed oil)

    - 400mg pure fish oil

    - 400mg starflower (borage oil)

= 1200mg (1.2g) right there... Often caps have other fats in them too....

So, you know.... At the least, you are looking at a massive 10.8 cals per tablet...
