    Cheating Question

Does the amount of calories you eat in a cheat meal depend on how often you cheat? Like for example, do the calories change for your cheat meal if you do it once a month rather than once a week or every 2 weeks?
I just want to make sure I'm not going overboard.....I usually have one cheat a month and wanted to see what calorie range I could afford....I'm bulkin btw.

It's ideal to just use your own results as the basis for plotting your cheats. Trial and error...

If you are eating 5-7 meals a day and only having one cheat meal in an entire month you are following a very strict diet so I see no reason to be overly concerned with the caloric intake for that one meal. It's not going to matter at all in the long run assuming you only do it once a month.

    Ok, cool.
Usually once a month I get a 12" All Meat Pizza from either Dominos or Pizza Hut and eat the whole damn thing (about 2500 calories).
