    Flaxseed oil vs Fish oil

i am a little confused when it comes to flaxseed oil and fish oil.

From what i can tell flaxseed oil contains Omega 3,6 & 9, while fish oil only contains omega 3. so if any one can clear up a few things it would be good.

    A. Which one is better in relation to getting the best source of EFA's

    B. Do the Omega family have any relation to EFA's

    C. in relation to 1 gram of either Flax or fish oil does it = 1 gram of EFA
