Diet for first 3 week cutting period

Hey everyone, posted about a week ago about how I want to cut about 10-15 pds of fat and retain all of my LMB(Lean Body Mass). I only want to do this to look more cut and toned. I know it's a little early to think about summer and the beach season, but i figure the sooner the better. I currently weigh about 180 pds and am 6 ft tall. I constructed this plan from a sticky forum but reorganized and trimmed some things from it. This meal plan will be for a 3 week period, and after that I plan to change it up a little bit again. Any reviews and comments would be appreciated. Thanks,
    Tyler.

You need more EFA's. I would get rid of cream and take a suppliment instead.
