    diet?

    ok so i really need someone who no's what their talking about i need to start arranging a diet but do not no where to start i really want to ublk up while losing fat and i am joining my local gym in the new year and this is a bit of info obut me:
    6ft 3
    266 pounds
    16
    wiast size 38
    can someone help me by giving me a detailed list of what to eat and when, like am i supposed to eat 6 times a day spreading my dinner and lunch over it, i really do want to get fit so can someone please help!
