Right now I'm bulking and I needed to increase calories but I already had a lot of carbs and was eating 1.5g per lb. of protein and so I wanted to increase my calories from fat. I just wanted to know what % was ok to eat while bulking? And I'm not talking about unhealthy fat, I'm talking about olive oil, nuts, fish oil, etc.
how many carbs are you eating if you are eating that much protein?
I'm curious to know the same. You don't need that much protein while you're bulking, in my opinion. As your calories increase, it's likely that your protein will but your focus should be adding more carbs and fats.

Actually, it's not so much that I have a lot of carbs, it's more that I just don't want to add too much more because I want to gain the weight slowly and I don't want toom many carbs so I'm keeping them around 40%. So as of right now after increasing the fat, my carb/protein/fat split is 41/30/29. Is that ok for bulking?
BTW, I'm 21 yrs old, 6'0, and 160 (skinny fat). I'm trying to bulk extremely slow and I lift three days, and box on a heavy bag 35 minutes 3x a week as well. My eating split is based on about 2750 calories with around 275g carbs, 85-90g fat, and 230-240g protein

Carbs do not make you fat. Excess calories make you fat. Eat the carbs. And ratios don't mean a thing either. How much you eat of what you eat for your current stats and goals makes those ratios happen.
Are you gaining lean body mass with your current nutrition and training?
