My somewhat new and improved:
Meal 1:
1 scoop whey
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup non-fat soy milk
Meal 2:
100 grams (1/2) large apple
2/3 cup non-fat cottage cheese
Meal 3:
1 can tuna in water
1/2 oz raisins
100 grams (1/2) large apple
1/2 cup corn
lemon juice + dill
1/2 large grapefruit
Meal 4:
Sardines canned in mustard sauce
Meal 5:
5oz fish,
1 3/4 cup green beans and mixed frozen veggies
Meal 6:
1 scoop whey
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup non-fat soy milk
(Obviously a cutting diet..)
Calories: 1325
Fat: 22g (14%)
Carbs: 135g (41%)
Fiber: 15g
Protein: 140g (43%)
