Looking for website or book
Hey all,
I once borrowed a friends book that told me the total fat, protein, and cabs that different food contained. Anyone know a good website I can use for this? The book would basically tell you the total for a certain amount of meat or chicken etc. I am sure a lot of people here will know what im talking about. Thanks |

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Yes, I tried fitday for meal logging and they I couldn't get cal counts on certain measures of foods. Although I haven't looked into fitday much more than that. No need be calorieking seems to have everything. They have cal counts of LOTS of stuff.
