    How far will this set me back?

    If I have a 12" Super Supreme Pizza from Pizza Hut once a month while bulking will this hurt my progress (I eat the whole thing....haha)

    Your worried about one per month? I could eat one per day and not gain one pound.

    exactly that isnt gonna do shit, esp if you lift heavy, it will go down like water.
