I figured up my *BMR. It's at 1223.30 for calorie intake. What my question is should i lower that to get quick weight loss?

I don’t know what your diet is?
It’s not really how much it you eat it’s how often and what you eat. You should be getting 6 meals a day, the calories should be distributed evenly throught the days meals. Tuna, chicken, lean beef. (lean meat) Sweet potatoes, strawberries, green veggies, apples (slow burning carbs) Fats should be polyunsaturated when possible fats like fish oils and flax oil. These are just the basics there is much more involved. |
