    Bulking Diet Critique

Hey guys, I'm about to start clean bulking and I want to make sure I have everything looking good. Before I give my diet, I'm 21 yrs. old, 6', and 160 lbs (kind of skinny fat). I plan on working out 3x a week with slow cardio 3x a week and one off day.
Here is my training day diet: cals/fat/carbs/protein

    6:30 (Pre-Workout)
    90g Oatmeal
    5 Egg Whites
    1 Cup Skim Milk

    523/6.6/74/41

    9:00 (PWO)
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    115g Banana
    30g Whey
    40g Oatmeal

    466/5/69/40

    10:00 PPWO
    80g Oatmeal
    7oz Lean Turkey Breast
    Cup Cauliflower

    517/6/53/55

    12:00
    5oz Diced Apple
    2 All Natural Cheese Sticks
    2 Cups Cauliflower

    223/5/27/18

    2:30
    20g Whey
    .75 Tbs. Olive Oil

    180/13/2/16

    5:00
    4 Egg Whites
40g Oatmeal or 35g Brown Rice
    10g Walnuts

    288/9.2/29.2/22

    7:15
    4 Egg Whites
    25g Chicken Breast
    2 Fish Oil Pills
    2 Tsp. Olive Oil
    Green Beans

    271/13/15/25

    10:00
    50g Chicken Breast
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    4 Fish Oil Pills
    1/2 Tbs. Olive Oil

    227/13/6/20

    Totals 2700 Calories, 275g Carbs, 245g Protein, 71g Fat
    which equals about a 41/36/23 carb/protein/fat split

    Food choices look good.

Only suggestion I have is to try and balance out the meals so cals are close to the same, so you get a continuous stream of nutrients.

What is with the meal with Protein powder and Olive oil?
