    Almonds?

I just ordered some almonds to use as a bedtime snack along with a casein shake. Is this a good idea? I figured it is because almonds have higher levels of monounsatured fat, which I've read will help raise testosterone levels.

    almonds are great.

the only problem is eating just one or two servings. I usually end up eating the whole bag.

Yea. I know what you mean. I ordered a 454 gram bag, which is the equivelent of 1 lb if I remember correctly. That's a lot of nuts. I'll just have to be strong and only allow myself to eat the amount I've allotted myself to.

shouldn't it say "had" and not "have"...either that or, if you are going to leave "have" you neet to change "kept" to "keep".

no, go with what the bag says. We were just taking a shot in the dark as far as guessing the serving size.

73/4 = 18.25g of fat per 1/4 cup serving for those of you counting at home.
