Just went shopping and got all my foods.

I know, who goes shopping on a friday night, but sense I'm cutting out drinking and nothing else is going on tonight, shopping seemed like a good choice. Usually the reason I eat is more out of boredom than hunger. I think that's contributed to my being overweight more than anything. Anyway, I'm making some changes to my lifestyle, both in activity levels and diet.

Here's a list of the foods I bought today:

    Chicken Breast
    Turkey Breast
    Sour cream, nonfat
    Skim milk
Sargento’s Ricotta- Fat-Free (couldn’t actually find this at my local grocery store, I’ll have to look around)
    Baby carrots
    Romain Lettuce
    Brown Rice, long grain
    Green Beans
    Sweet corn
    Sweet Potatoes
    Fruit (3 a day, 21 a week):
    Apples
    Pears
    Banana
    Quaker Old-fashioned
Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake Mix (couldn’t find this one either)
    Yoplait Nonfat yogurt, plain
    Olive oil
    Almonds

    Ordered Supps:
    Anabolic Matrix Rx
    ON 100% Whey- Gold Standard
    ON 100% Casein

I know it's not perfect, but considering that I'm coming from totally unhealthy I think it will be a good intro into a new lifestyle and I'll be learning more as I go along the way. If you guys have any input please feel free.

Sweet. I'll have to pick up one next paycheck. I need to get a scale to. I was thinking of getting a digital one from amazon.com. Maybe I'll just order both of them there.
