Good fats are monosaturated and polysaturated (found in natty pb and flaxseed oil among other things). Stay away from saturated fats like the skin on chicken.

Question

I don't think you should be too concerned about the 10g of fat in the bar.

What is the rest of your diet like?

Post New Protein bar I bought, and natural fat

Hey guys, I just bought another protein bar and it has 10 g of fat, 8 g of Sugars, but 32 g of protein. Should I eat it or get other bars than has less fat?

Also, I read something about having the need to eat food with 'Natural fat'. Just wondering, what does natural fat means? Does chicken skin consider as natural fat?

Dude, you weigh 96 pounds. Don't concern yourself with the 10g fat. It'll probably do your body some good.
