4 pints of milk before bed is crazy, 4 pints of anything before bed is pretty stupid, your gonna be getting up every hour to go to the toilet!

    Son of a bitch!

I mix a small amount of fruit in the cottage cheese to help with the taste. Works well, but I still cant finish a jar before bed, usually 1/2 or 1/3 of it.

If there is nothing to eat at night, I might have a glass of milk. Drinking all that milk (4 pints) seems excessive and Id be aware of the sugar going down with it.

Lately Ill have half a protein shake with milk before bed.
