Ok, I read the sticky, and I just want to know if in my particular situation if it's time for a refeed (and with playoffs tomorrow, it will be really easy
Anyway, I have been on a strict, low cal, low carb diet for about 3 weeks now, working out almost every day. Results are looking pretty good. I fit back into my 36" pants (which are starting to get lose), my muscles are getting tighter and bulkier and I feel good. I am not really sure if it's time for a refeed yet though? Should I give it a go tomorrow eating more carbs than I usually do?
