eat my last meal of the day as a normal post-workout meal? (a full meal of protein and complex carbs like oatmeal), but should I also have a snack of casein and fat (some cottage cheese and walnuts) right before I sleep?
Note: there would only be like an hour gap between these 2 meals.. I'm not a bodybuilder or anything I'm a tennis player...working on gaining muscle... thanks in advance |

I would do the carbs (like oatmeal) and Protein PWO, and then your bedtime snack 2 hrs later(cottage cheese and some walnuts)
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
