critique my diet...

ok guys, here's the deal...I'm not sure if my diet is set up for bulking or cutting, and depending on the response, I'll either bulk or cut...

stats...5'9", 166 lbs...prob 12-15% BF...

workout routine is Chest/Back....Shoulders/Tris.....Legs/Bis....anywhere from 30-45 min of cardio per workout....

meals...

breakfast....2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites or 1 serving oatmeal with banana with either
snack....small can tuna/fruit or oatmeal cookie with fruit
lunch....peanut butter sandwich (whole wheat bread) or turkey sandwich or 8 oz chicken breast with fruit...
snack....can large tuna or can of chicken with fruit...
supper...Ribeye/Chicken/or Fish (tilapia or salmon) with fresh vegetables/stir fry
snack...2 scoops peanut butter/workout days protein shake...
1 gallon of water a day...

so, is this close to a cutting diet or bulking diet...

I try to get all my carbs before supper (with the excpetion of veggies)...

I'm been on this diet for 5 weeks and I've lost 5 pounds, but have increased strength a good bit...

my guess is the weight loss just comes strickly from a cleaner diet

any help suggestions are welcome!!

Theres no answers that will tell you if its close to either kind of diet. If it fits into what your maintence cals you burn a day and is a little below that then you will drop bf. If its above it then you will gain wait.

You need to incoporate some efa's in there. Oils and nuts, etc. I saw you had pb in there is that all natural? Your diet needs a ton of work, check the nutrition section and take some time to read some stickies there.
