revised diet (again)

Meal 1
Three whole eggs (box says each egg contains 12g protein) or ON whey shake made with milk
bowl of cheerios/raw oats with milk
fruit

meal 2
1 can of brine packed tuna
2 tsb mayo
2 thick slices of wholemeal/granary bread
fruit

meal 3
Grilled chicken breast
baked sweet potato
spinach or other veg

meal 4
same as meal 2

meal 5

125g minced beef
62.5g brown rice
veggies or fruit

meal 6(bed)
ON whey shake made with milk

I aim to drink 4 ltrs of water
2/3 cans of low cal caffiene free soda a day
2 cups of coffee

1 multivitamin/mineral
preworkout (an hour before) ON whey shake/milk
post workout 1 bottled shake (50g protein 60g carbs)

21 years old
I weigh around 126lbs
my main goal is lean mass gain
