Not losing energy today......
Typically I am out of gas after my first body part and more resemble an infant flailing their arms about then a grown man working out.
That being said its leg and shoulder day for me. I have my 2:30 meal coming up which consists of a yogurt and some cut up pieces of pineapple and cantelope. So good sugars there and I have a No Carb rockstar to drink en route to the gym. If I fall short on energy today theres something wrong.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
