    Cutting and toning

    hey i am liek 6'5 and weigh around 240 im kind of built but have extra weight i put on 10 lbs the last two months with christmas and thanksgiving(not eassy being italian) and want to shed that off and about 15 more so liek 20-25 lbs total to loose i also have work outs and currently toning my body for boxing
    help me on any adice thanks

    If I may advise you to read the stickies without getting yelled at by some juice head... then do that. Here ya go:Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

    Check that out, make up a meal plan and a workout schedule and post back with it for a critique from the more health knowledgable members here.
    After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
