casein, casein, casein... everyone says casein and not whey which is too fast!

before bed http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...&threadid=7233 (HELP: protein before bed time?)

BUT which products out there are casein protein!
I walked into GNC and they nor I could find an exclusive casein protein shake!!! all whey had casein...

So, can you tell me the specific brand, name, and where I can buy it!?

I`ve heard casein on it`s own tastes like shyt so have never gone looking for it.

I think what most people recommended was a blend of protiens.

Have a loom here at some

http://www13.netrition.com/whey_protein.html

Go to the blends section and search for one with casein in it....personally I use proV60.

You`ll find online is MUCH cheaper than GNC too

I checked Labrada Pro-V60, it's whey protein which is the opposite of what casein is about
casein = slow absorbtion (night time)
whey = fast abortion

on ingredients mostly ALL shakes list casein (and Pro-V60 as well as all other I use list that)

so again everyone was screaming casein, casein, casein but no one cain point to a casein protein shake!
(and I'd rather not make my own formula at the factory I do not want to grow an extra arm ;-) )

Can someone point to a specific casein shake that everyone was emphasizing on... thanks...

I have tried a mix of whey, casein and egg white from them before, in vanilla, sweetened with splenda (you can pick the sweetener), and it tastes really good to me and some friends of mine.
