    Need advice...

I just want to know what would be best for me right now. I am 14 yrs old 5' 11" and weigh about 185 lbs. I've worked out on and off for a while, but about a month ago I've actually stuck to it, I take N.O. Xplode and drink protein powder and do weightlifting as well as cardio.
Thing is, I want to have noticeable abs as well as gain muscle...problem is i need to diet in order to get rid of the fat around my stomach, and i need to eat more in order to gain muscle...
anyone have any good advice for me?
    Help will be greatly appreciated..

the answer is simple. set up a program. alternate between phases of overeating and trying to put on mass and phases of dieting and trying to get lean. be specific as to when the phases will start and end on a timeline, so that you have an idea of where you want to go with the whole thing.

Strategic muscle gain calls for strategic planning.

Also, no need to bump your thread in that manner. Just because no one got to your question as quickly as you liked doesn't mean that it wont be answered. People have lives and things to do.

Act like a 14 year old get treated like a 14 year old. Grow up.

welcome your 14 for christ sake. you dont need no-xplode or any other supplement than whey and vitamins/minerals and food. read the stickies, put a diet plan together than come back and we'll help.

    P-funk, it was a joke
what do you mean act like a 14 yr old and get treated like a 14 yr old? just because I'm young, doesn't mean I have to be treated any different anyone else...just my opinion on that, you might be whatever (older) age, that doesn't determine whether I'll treat you with respect or not.
thanks for the advice btw o.O

I know the supplements aren't necessary, but they help

it will keep you from doing something stupid like bulking for 8 months and turning into a fat ass.
