    whey protein

    Hi,

    I am about to buy my first ever tub of whey protein. I am 16 and 120 lbs. Would this one be a good choice?

    Looks ok to me. I just use whey for per/post workouts. I normally dont use it for anything else. Food rules over any supplement. Best of luck to you young man.
