KK immediately after workout, had shake with 2 scoops and about 200ml Skim milk, I think 2.5%?? and then while i slugged that down, I heated up some brown rice (was already cooked), prolly 150g and then 2 whole egg and 3 whites in a bowl to make a crap tasting egg mixture, but then tobasco and worcester sauce made it better.
Normally I just have the shake and then eat maybe an hour or so afterwards, but today i hadnt eaten for 3 hours prior to workout, so i was pretty hungry too.
any thoughts?

Yeah Ive got some roo in the fridge at the moment. Dont even have to catch the bugger either, just go to the supermarket.. Awesome shit if you cook it well, If not it can be pretty rubbery/dry.
Awesome for you too, and was about half the price of chicken breast last week.
roo has a very powerful flavour, very deep and rich (very dark meat), i think its an aquired taste
