    Low-fat Peanut Butter?

Does it exist?? Is it worth investing in?

I love peanut butter, but it has so much freakin' fat...are there any low-fat ones out there?

Low fat PB is added sugar, realize the fat in PB is good fats that your body needs and is a much better option than reduced fat crap.

the reduced fat crap usually has roughly the same cals as well, bumped up by crap instead of the good fats your body needs.

Get the natty PB, good 4 u and tasty.

What we do is buy the Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter (peanuts only) and
my husband pours out the peanut oil that separates. It lessens the fat content,
but like someone said above, it's a good fat.

    I don't trust "smuckers."

Personally i'd go to an organic food store and get some organic peanut butter.

    Ingredients: Unblanched, unsalted peanuts.

Compared that 1 ingredient to the 30+ in Jiffy.

That fat is kind of the point of eating peanut butter
