Weird Combo that is pretty good

Over the past weekend I was out of most stuff, so I had to combine things to get enough protein in my meals before I went to the store...I came across a delicious combo! Takes minutes...I used the microwave on the 4 egg beaters (1:30, then stir, then another 45 sec)

4 egg beaters (1 small carton)
and 1/2 cup of 1% whipped Friendship Cottage Cheese on top right after I took the eggs out

    It's delicious!

    Cal - 210
    Prot - 40g
    Fat - 2g

Had it with some whole wheat toast

Looks good but not enough protein. I need about 90 grams or so per meal.

I really need to start in on the cottage cheese again. Been too long since I've had it in my diet.

Just need to find new ways of choking it down I guess...so...chunky...

Or I just need to stop being a baby and simply eat it!

No seriously. 5 meals a day x 90 grams = 450 grams a day, which is my goal per day.

Dear lord I'd hate to see your grocery bill.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

To choke down cottage cheese add pineapple chunks. Very good.
