    This Is Why

    Here is why.

    Why I always come back to dieting right. Cardio, and Weights yes, but THIS is why I do it.

    Injuries no more, I will never again eat bad if injured, never will I let myself "workout".

    Never again without diet.

    Proper diet. Proper workout nutrition.
