    crystal light

    I bought this powered drink called crystal light, it has no sugar (but taste sweet) and it says 0 calaries and no sugar.

    is it any good?

    What about Diet Green tea w/Citrus. its tastes good IMO. yesterday when i ate oats i poured about 1/4 of a cup of it in with my oats and it tasted good

    to much? I just did a google seach and it said aspartame could cause brian damage...

    isnt it safer to just use good ol sugar?

    Yes aspartame is a dangerous sugar substitute chemical that is known to cause brain damage and cancer. It sickens me the people who KNOW this and still reach for the packet of Equal.... SPLENDA PEOPLE come on!
