5'7 205 lbs
how many calories should i be eating each meal for fat loss? right now im at 300 each main meal breakfast/lunch/dinner & 150 for each snack

Someone will answer this probably,, but I'm eating approx 300 per meal (5 meals) plus 120 cal's right before bed in the form of a shake and i'm only 130 and on a cut..
I think you need to eat more.. did you read the stickies at the top of this section? |

Post more details on your build. Are you a muscle developed 205 or are you a pudgy 205? People will be happy to help you out but you need to give details like body fat ratios before anyone can seriously answer your questions.
I found this in the stickies ... you can enter in the right data and get your answer that way too. |

Now go to www.fitday.com ...learn the caloric content of what you eat. You can adjust your diet and keep a log, plan menus, and track your progress.

A little food for thought, I find the BMI formula flawed. It goes by weight and height and nothing else.
So if youre 205 with 10% body fat, BMI indicates youre obese. Its way off. |
