Someone will answer this probably,, but I'm eating approx 300 per meal (5 meals) plus 120 cal's right before bed in the form of a shake and i'm only 130 and on a cut..

I think you need to eat more.. did you read the stickies at the top of this section?

Post more details on your build. Are you a muscle developed 205 or are you a pudgy 205? People will be happy to help you out but you need to give details like body fat ratios before anyone can seriously answer your questions.

I found this in the stickies ... you can enter in the right data and get your answer that way too.

Now go to www.fitday.com ...learn the caloric content of what you eat. You can adjust your diet and keep a log, plan menus, and track your progress.

I've been back here for a couple of months and just started fitday.com . What an eye opener. Don't wait like I did, sign up today and then when you think you have a good day of meals post it up here for us to check out.

Good luck.

A little food for thought, I find the BMI formula flawed. It goes by weight and height and nothing else.

So if youre 205 with 10% body fat, BMI indicates youre obese. Its way off.
