figure three miller lites are 100 calories each and roughly 7g of carbs each.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

IMHO Beer should NOT be included in a diet plan. If you drink it, drink it ON TOP of your diet, and realize that you are cheating.

YOu can def do it, I'm just saying IMO you shouldn't count it in your calories, count it on top of your normal diet.

Ouch. People need to live. So drinking once a week or every other week is part of a social person life. If you be mindful and use moderation, you'll be fine.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

LOL Some of the most serious bodybuilders, drink beer...Why does him drinking beer, have to do with him achieving his goals? Me and all my friends are big/ripped/strong/etc and always enjoy a few hard drinks/beers when we are out.

Should have not have sex too? That might hurt his goals too...Maybe he should stop working, that might hurt his goals too?

This gets repeated so many freaking times...I'm so sick of seeing threads about it. Obviously beer, isn't a protein shake to a bodybuilder, but it is what it is. Everything in moderation. Once a week is fine...

yes i do agree people need to "live". I Also Agree that the government needs to be more strict...should up the drinking age(10-20years) and should make the damn drivers test so hard you'd have to be a genious to pass it. they should also make it so you can take your belt off in a social place to beat your kids ass if they need it. maybe i'm just pissed off at life. i think god should end this damn planet...i'm pretty sure when he created it that he didnt mean for all this shit. boo hoo nicole smith died who gives a F*ck its a part of life and who cares if that dumb slut shaved her head. for the people who do care they should be beheaded. god....

What does any of that have to do with how the body handles beer/alcohol in regards to body building?

Nobody is saying it's a good thing...Go to the supersite and search for a "Big mac" I'm sure it won't look much better, yet people still indulge.

Not everything we do in life has to be perfect, and in the end this will only #$#! you up mentally.

We all know Beer sucks for bodybuilding, but that's the reason why he asks if its ok...Yes it is ok...So is Weed...So are Burritos from Taco bell...and so is the occasional Coke Cola, everything in moderation!!!!

You've got some issues dude!!! I suggest a therapist....I can suggest a few if you want
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Wouldnt it be difficult to restrict beer consumption to high carb days only?

What if the weekend was no/low and you felt like a beer?

Im with most, enjoy in moderation regardless where it fall in your carb cycle.

Just make sure it is a quality beer.

A few drinks can't hurt at all. It can actually be good for you. YET, if you aregetting blasted drunk and having 10 drinks or more than you are sabotaging your results.

I personaly enjoy Marijuana alot more, calorie free.

IF friday is the week end for example, and I'M hanging out or going to a party then I'll make it my high carb day instead of saturday for example and change the sequence.
