Dessert
Im a self-confessed sugar addict.
Generally I crave a sugar treat after dinner. Over the past 2 weeks I have started a cut but no matter what I do I cant seem to fight the urge. What has been working since I started my cut is having 1-2 peices of fruit shortly after dinner, varing from: Plums Green grapes Green apple Peach Whilst I realise these are still simple sugars, I guess it is better than having a bowl of ice cream or peice of cake. It seems to be taking care of my cravings, but im interested on the impact of doing this whilst trying to cut and being so late in the evening (9-10pm). The rest of my diet throughout the day is on point and the fruit is factored into my daily caloric/macro requirements. Im just conscious of the fact im having it so late before sleeping. Any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated. |

I'm certainly not qualified to answer this question but from my knowledge it's good to have some fruit if you've had carbs. Something about the liver but I don't know what. Regardless, a piece of fruit is much better than an apple pie!

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
