    white bread?

    if i was on a cutting diet white bread is bad correct? and also what about peanuts?

    There's a few brands of "Low-GI" white bread in australia, i think they use a kind of fibre to slow digestion. It has a GI of 54, and is advertised as a good source of fibre per 100g PCF - 8:3:45 appr with 0.8 sat fat and 4g sugar.

    ingrediants are: wheat flour, water, yeast, guar gum, canola oil, salt (438mg / 100g), vinegar, soy flour, gluten, emulsifiers, wheat malt flour, thiamin.
