    alright so I eat it along with stuff and it is healthy but not like I bring a few stalks for lunch.

    1) Indigestible fiber is good for you on many levels.

    2) It has micronutrients that are beneficial.

    Celery contains vitamin C and several other active compounds that promote health, including phalides, which may help lower cholesterol, and coumarins, that may be useful in cancer prevention.

    Not 10 minutes ago I was devouring some PB in this very fashion...it looked a bit strange with a whole jar of PB and a package of hearts on my desk...oh well!
