    tomato sauce

    I don't mean ketchup but concentrated tomato sauce (heinz or so) is it ok on no carb days??? it's usually used on spaghetti and stuff ..could I use it WIth my veggies and tuna and stuff , just to make things easier .

    some of those are loaded with sugar, just check it out.

    IT says 16 gram of carbs inn every 100 grams of it ....just one from dietary fiber...but i'm not sure if the rest of carbs come from the tomatoes or from artificial added sugar ...but 100 grams is quarter the bottle lol i won't put even near that.

    If you are doing carb cycling, then ALL carb sources need to be accounted for. That includes veggies, sauce..etc
